What qualifications are required for the Senior Innovation and Design Engineer position?

What type of projects will I be working on in this role?
You will work on a variety of projects including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits, which may involve designing highly automated fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, and transportation centers. Projects can include both template-based and custom-designed solutions.
Will I have the opportunity to lead projects?
Yes, in this role, you will own multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through to design approval and will serve as the primary technical contact for your projects.
What kind of teams will I be collaborating with?
You will collaborate with internal teams, such as Ops Engineering, as well as external suppliers to ensure the successful design and implementation of systems for fulfillment and distribution.
Is travel required for this position?
Yes, the role requires the ability to travel up to 20%, including globally.

The base pay for the Senior Innovation and Design Engineer position ranges from $118,900 per year in the lowest geographic market up to $205,600 per year in the highest market, with pay variations based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
