Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality in the definition and development of product software specifications utilizing best practices and processes
  • Responsible for the full life-cycle process from design to development, testing, product release and maintenance.
  • Responsible for the development and utilization of metrics to measure productivity and effective operational processes.
  • Responsible creation of a personal development plan focused on leadership and technical acumen.
  • May be required to manage vendor team members as part of project work.
  • Present to senior management project-related information (e.g., project proposals, plans, updates, issues, and recommendations).
  • Assist in implementing and refining a successful product development process, including identification of key decision points, decision-making matrices highlighting risks/benefits associated with critical decision options, and application of appropriate portfolio management principles
