Responsibilities

  • Plan & execute sales plans & BTL campaigns for Corporate and Fleet Sales through the dealerships
  • Achievement of Corporate and Fleet Sales Targets
  • Review dealership teams on Corporate Visits, Fleet Operator visits,Targets.
  • Establish relationships with HR & Admin Heads of Corporates / IT, BPO cos / Fleet Operators for business development.
  • Identification of potential segments to be targeted. Planning & executing campaigns. Follow up and closure of bulk deals.
  • Coordination / Follow-up on bulk deals. Reports and MIS as and when required.
  • Training the Dealership Corporate & Fleet Sales team on Prospecting, Campaign management, Bulk deal closures, Negotiation and other requirements.
  • Establish relationship with external agencies like Banks, Leasing companies, Vendors etc.
  • Work in close Coordination with TSMs, Area Managers, Dealerships
