  • Design new and unique elements to evolve our onsite experience.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet user needs.
  • Comfortable managing an agency to augment bandwidth.
  • Can plan a long term design roadmap while still meeting immediate execution needs.
  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Perform usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.
