Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, strategize, and implement impactful events and activations sought at engaging target audiences and amplifying brand visibility.
  • Champion the integration of all ECP/HCP-facing efforts across all channels and touchpoints, encouraging consistency and improving impact from Johnson & Johnson Vision.
  • Lead the concepting, strategy and successful execution of key professional-facing regional meetings and congresses, including ESCRS; provide clear mentorship for regional and local meetings and congresses, including AECOS and BCLA.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to flawlessly execute events, meticulously managing logistics, content, and attendee experience.
  • Implement best practices and standardized procedures across all functions, driving scalability and consistency.
  • Develop, coordinate and implement impactful campaigns (offline and online) for ECPs.
  • Develop, coordinate and implement impactful Professional Journeys and campaigns for portfolio. Partner with:
  • Professional Education, Medical Affairs, Clinical Services, etc. to build one cohesive voice and plan from Johnson & Johnson Vision to the Professional Community.
  • Portfolio and Brand management team to ensure professional and patient engagement adheres to brand architecture, with accurate prioritization of communication strategies and brands.
  • Digital teams to conceptualize and align on strategies that improve ECP/HCP engagement and drive business growth; implement regional opportunities.
  • Key Accounts team to drive ECP engagement within our key customers for emerging HCP channels across the region.
  • Creative agency management.
  • See opportunities to revolutionize marketing processes, streamlining and optimizing them for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration, fostering agility and innovation.
  • Facilitates effective stakeholder relationships and alignment to develop successful strategies and execution.
  • Challenge and consistently look for solutions to internal processes.
  • Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes and provides functional (matrix) supervision.
  • Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
  • Works with all EMEA markets, including lead markets - UK IRE, Iberia, France, Italy, Turkey, Russia.
