Responsibilities

  • Take total ownership.
  • Create impactful product vision, build product strategy, and prioritize on what matters:
  • Lead and synthesize key research from user & market research, tech opportunities and constraints, to data & data science availability and feasibility
  • Build consensus across the organization on vision and strategy and ensure cross-team alignment
  • Active stakeholder management and key business leaders on vision and strategy.
  • Form pragmatic strategies balancing enterprise priorities, user pain points, market insights, organization constraints, and business/tech constraints.
  • Go beyond pretty presentations.
  • Champion successful product delivery, product launch, and scale with ambitious and robust growth strategy
  • Lead the Product Team and give visibility on the roadmap and delivery to stakeholders
  • Lead the synthesis of user feedback post-launch to prioritize new problems and opportunities
  • Define product North Star KPIs, and make appropriate decisions for continuous improvement
  • Enrich the product knowledge base (roadmap, product vision, strategy, KPIs board, artefacts...) with continuous enrichment and improvement.
  • Drive tangible business results.
  • Lead high-value initiatives to ensure the product’s future success in the business context.
  • Support the definition of budget, business value KPIs and ROI, so to prove the product’s value
  • Coordinate teams and Senior Stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration, develop strong relationships and influence with key Executives and Senior Stakeholders
  • Manage external partners from evaluation, performance management along with budget planning and follow up
  • Evangelize Beauty Tech : identify new partners, advocate for the data, tech and product management practices at L’Oréal and outside (meet-ups, webinars, academic partners...), support the change and transformation of the company through products
