What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates are required to have studied electrical engineering or a closely related field, holding either a PhD degree focused on electromagnetic actuators/motors or an M.Sc. (or equivalent) degree with significant industrial R&D experience.

Candidates should have a deep analytical understanding of electromagnetic actuators/motors and be proficient in advanced simulation using tools such as ANSYS Maxwell, COMSOL, or similar.
