The primary focus of this position is to develop novel electromagnetic actuation systems for a wide and versatile range of ABB products, contributing to the transition towards sustainable and reliable clean energy distribution.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates are required to have studied electrical engineering or a closely related field, holding either a PhD degree focused on electromagnetic actuators/motors or an M.Sc. (or equivalent) degree with significant industrial R&D experience.
What tools and software should candidates be proficient in?
Candidates should have a deep analytical understanding of electromagnetic actuators/motors and be proficient in advanced simulation using tools such as ANSYS Maxwell, COMSOL, or similar.
Is there any specific experience preferred for this role?
