Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the lifecycle of job requisitions, including opening requisitions, tracking progress, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful timely closure of roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, develop job descriptions, and design targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Keep up to date on market trends and competitor information, providing business partners with insights and recommendations that will improve candidate quality.
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in the Financial Services sector to effectively screen resumes, discuss roles and hiring requirements with business partners, interview candidates, and influence hiring plans and decisions.
  • Proactively manage candidate and hiring manager relationships; following up with interviewers and candidates following meetings in order to efficiently drive the hiring process forward.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans that leverage professional online networks (LinkedIn), social media, and traditional marketing to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates, while utilizing tools like applicant tracking systems (Workday) and talent market research to meet business needs.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to effectively manage, negotiate, and provide oversight throughout the entire recruitment process for new hires.
  • Draft offer letters and work with HR team on the hiring approval process.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks as necessary to support the broader team.
