Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customer service teams locally and internationally to prioritize orders, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Generate monthly KPI reports for management, including causal analysis of discrepancies and corrective actions aligned with strategic targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards and Gilead’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding product transportation, aligning with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in line with Gilead’s quality policies, Quality Management System, and applicable regulations (GMP/GDP).
  • Act as the primary contact for the Middle East portfolio, overseeing markets such as Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, UAE, and Israel.
  • Support the tender order management process, ensuring timely product delivery to avoid penalties.
