Responsibilities

  • Providing support to A&H/SME & FL underwriters, brokers and claims in relation to policy information and documentation issuance
  • Monthly Streaming of corporate renewals
  • Support offshore team for documents issuance and premium bookings
  • Responsible for online Rapid Cover Platform for broker support, new business referral and issuance of documentation
  • Preparation of month end production reconciliation reports comparing output from billing systems against booking spreadsheets
  • Resolving Account queries and management of live ledger
  • SOX monthly Audit
  • Manage & monitor monthly Travel bordereau’s for offshore team
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service
  • Allocating tasks to staff, provision of training, recording attendance, development and back-up support to team members
  • Handling and advising team on customer complaints
  • Maintaining and recording CMS, Nice system and department dashboard
  • Participate in developing and recommending changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department as a whole
  • Reporting issues to management
