Responsibilities

  • - Joining our team as a Services Assistant could be the role for you
  • - As a Services Assistant you’ll be the friendly professional face on our checkouts, self-service tills, kiosk or petrol station, and even helping customers pick up click and collect parcels
  • - You’ll be ready to do everything you can to make things as simple as possible for our customers, from dealing with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising
  • - Whichever area you’re working in, you’ll take pride in doing the right thing for our customers and be passionate about helping people
  • - You are prepared to work flexibly and when things get quiet, supporting our other colleagues on the shop floor with their activities
