Responsibilities

  • Develop impactful best in class omni-shopper marketing campaigns strategies for your accounts, following through to execution. End to end campaign management and post-launch evaluation of activities.
  • Be an integral part of your key account team, internally and externally focused.
  • Internally: Go to contact for media within your account. Externally: Lead customer presentations and drive regular contact with key accounts. Present compelling insight led shopper marketing plans with conviction which align with McCormick and retailer strategies.
  • Own the launch of NPD & innovation platforms in store to drive trial and penetration within your accounts.
  • Optimally manage the day-to-day relationships with our third party agency partners, to foster a collaborative, efficient and effective way of working.
  • Guide and develop executive/graduate through delivery of pre-filled shippers to build understanding of the process, agency management and supply chain. Support on execution of pre-filled displays where needed.
  • Proficiently manage budget and investment levels for your accounts, including monthly financial reviews. Support Senior Manager in planning of annual budget and shopper marketing strategy.
  • Promoting ‘shopper first’ mindset across the business and considering the shopper in every business decision.
  • Effectively interpret all available industry, category, customer and shopper data, (i.e. target occasions, missions, customers, channels and shopper segments) and translate it into a clear set of prioritised opportunities for McCormick.
