  • Adapt and localise creative templates from global and agency partners, maintaining brand integrity while injecting regional relevance
  • Create light motion and video assets such as endboards, text overlays and basic edits for use on Reels, TikToks and highlight videos
  • Support the development of creative briefs for external design agencies and help shape feedback and delivery
  • Curate and create content around cultural verticals (food, fashion, music, travel, film) to engage new and existing fans
  • Source and organise assets through MLB’s internal media systems and coordinate with global teams for content acquisition
  • Stay on top of social trends, formats and sports culture to inform creative direction
  • Assisting with channel publishing and short-form social shoots
