  • Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field. +4 years of professional social media experience, in a company or agency setting. Healthcare industry marketing experience preferred.
  • Extensive familiarity and understanding of Microsoft Office products, Khoros or equivalent enterprise-wide social media management tools and social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter with an ability to adapt to and learn other tools/programs.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes, maintains and reviews company social media accounts
  • Manages enterprise social media tools, assists in onboarding and training new users
  • Supports strategic initiatives, including the launch of new social media channels for new products and subsidiaries
  • Creates social listening workflows, dashboards and pulls reports on a regular/ad-hoc basis on volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers etc.
  • Gathers and shares insights acquired from social listening to inform social content strategy
  • Collaborates with agency partners to develop social media content
  • Maintains documentation for enterprise social media tools and best practices
