Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed sales targets for new BMW and MINI vehicles within defined operating and financial guidelines, reporting directly to the Corporate Sales General Manager.
  • Develop and deliver planned sales presentations to specialist customers such as embassies, hotels, and chauffeur companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing specialist customers in line with BMW Park Lane and BMW UK guidelines.
  • Maintain a detailed weekly activity record of customer visits and dedicate one day per week for administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate promotional materials and engage specialist communities through social media and events.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, prospecting, presentations, and networking events.
