Responsibilities

  • You will lead the end-to-end execution of gifting and production across EMEA, including title launches, Start of Production (SOP), awards and key talent moments, as well as special projects and global tentpole titles.
  • You will build and manage Airtable workflows to track talent lists, gifting allocations, inventory and pre-buys, and oversee shipping, logistics, and fulfilment across multiple markets.
  • You will oversee production for merchandise, packaging, and bespoke gifting builds, ensuring high-quality execution from concept through to delivery.
  • You will manage external agencies and vendors with clear communication and accountability, ensuring timely delivery against deadlines and consistent quality across all outputs.
  • You will serve as a quality and cultural relevance checkpoint by reviewing gifting outputs to ensure cultural relevance across EMEA markets, premium execution, and alignment with Netflix’s brand standards.
  • You will proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps in execution and drive solutions to keep projects on track, while also supporting the sourcing and coordination of suppliers and brand partners where relevant.
