  • Master’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers in your service area to provide learning solution consulting services for the deployment of existing solutions and/or the assessment of learning needs and/or knowledge or skill gaps within our ministries (hospitals and care facilities).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align learning initiatives with Trinity Health’s Talent Development (TD) goals, ensuring that solutions drive organizational impact and individual growth.
  • Assess readiness for learning solutions, ensuring they meet business and learner needs. Evaluate impact.
  • Utilize TD’s portfolio of learning solutions and resources to craft (and possibly deliver) small-scale tailored leader development for different ministries and audiences.
  • Expertly facilitate leader development content, engaging learners at all levels and building strong, trusted relationships that promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Align your facilitation practices with industry best practices and TD’s facilitation standards, ensuring a high-impact learning experience for diverse learners that empowers them to apply their new skills in the workplace.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for learning solutions.
  • Drive communication efforts within your service area to promote the value and outcomes of learning initiatives, gathering insights and feedback to enhance the learning experience.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders about outcomes, effectiveness, and opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring that learning solutions evolve in response to the organization’s changing needs.
  • Lead/support implementation of large-scale, national learning programs within one or more service areas, fostering collaboration and scalability to meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Recommend and curate learning solutions from Trinity Health’s portfolio that align with the Trinity Health Competency Framework and evolving organizational needs.
  • Provide ongoing support for learners and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience from program launch to completion, while gathering feedback to inform future improvements.
