Our Finance Graduate programme is rotational, and your three year programme will include time with our divisions: Networks, Renewables, Thermal and our Group Finance functions: Treasury, Internal Audit and Corporate Finance, providing you with a great opportunity to gain first-hand experience in a FTSE 100 Finance team. You’ll be working alongside experts in each of your chosen finance areas, whilst learning and growing as one of our future finance leaders.

At the same time, you’ll be studying towards your ICAS qualification with dedicated time off for learning and exams. • Upon successful completion of our Finance Graduate programme you will be an ICAS Chartered Accountant with a wealth of knowledge about SSE and Finance. You’ll have directly contributed to our Net Zero targets and you will also be offered a permanent position with the SSE plc Finance team.

You can buy up to 10 extra days every year if you choose to, giving you even more flexibility. And because we know things don’t always go to plan, we offer emergency day passes for those times when life throws you a curveball.
