What are the key responsibilities of the Staff Development Facilitator?

Candidates should be educated to post-graduate diploma level (or equivalent), possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have significant experience in designing and delivering training. A qualification or experience in coaching, mentoring, and/or action learning is desirable.
