Requirements

  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Stewarding oder anderen gastronomischen Bereichen wären toll, sind aber kein Muss!
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sehr gute Service- & Hygienequalitäten
  • Sicheres, sehr freundliches und vorbildliches Auftreten, vor allem im Gästebereich
  • Hands-on Mentalität mit dem Blick für das Detail

Responsibilities

  • Du bereitest die einzelnen Stationen für die Servicezeit vor
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das einwandfreie Spülen aller Materialien aus allen F&B Outlets
  • Du unterstützt bei der Reinigung der Küchen- und Servicebereiche (u.a. Bodenreinigung)
  • Du achtest auf Qualität, Hygiene und höchste Sauberkeit
  • Kleine Vorbereitungsarbeiten, wie z.B. der Aufbau & Abbau von Buffets bereitet Dir viel Freude
  • Du kontrollierst täglich die Sauberkeit und hygienischen Vorgaben unserer Kühlhäuser und Lager
  • Du arbeitest sowohl Frühdienst als auch im Spätdienst
  • Du nimmst an abteilungsrelevanten Meetings, Trainings & Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten teil
