Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of Dyson’s global influencer strategy across Dyson’s Home product portfolio, in partnership with the Home Business Unit Marketing and PR teams. Planning spans global annual calendar, new products and brand campaigns.
  • Amplify influencer storytelling across campaigns, aligning with Global PR, Communications and Marketing objectives.
  • Where relevant for global talent - support proactive global budget management, contract negotiations, agent relationships, briefs and integration into media, PR, content and marketing programs.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of all assets for new product launches, in partnership with the BUs.
  • Share insights and best practices for influencer and event activity across markets & regions.
  • Work closely with Dyson’s creative, social, PR and commercial teams to ensure that relevant content is leveraged across earned, owned and paid channels.
  • Analyse and assess global campaign performance to provide valuable insights and opportunities.
  • Remain on the pulse of influencer content trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure.
  • Support the delivery of BU, region and market influencer reporting & processes to create actionable insights for future product launches and social media programs; integrate social data into broader digital marketing reports to ensure data-driven content decisions.
  • Globally lead, strategise and implement Dyson’s approach to global brand partnerships for Home technologies.
  • Identify and build out annual partnership activities, inclusive of the co-authoring on tease, launch and sustain campaign activities for each partnership moment.
  • Consult and act as brand guardian for top tier local market led partnership opportunities. All approvals for any activity to be conducted in partnership with Dyson’s Chief Engineer and Executive Council.
  • Work closely with Dyson’s creative, content, PR and commercial teams to ensure that content is leveraged across earned, owned and paid channels.
  • Remain on the pulse of brand content and partnership trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure.
  • Support the implementation of Dyson’s social media strategy, in partnership with broader social strategy team, taking a specific view on Home technologies.
