Responsibilities

  • As a Style Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
  • Provide expert style advice about your brand to our customers
  • Deliver a memorable 5* customer experience
  • Be a proud ambassador for the brand and make sure you are maximising sales to our customers
  • Show we are obsessed with style by making sure your department looks amazing and is merchandised really well
  • You will know everything there is to know about your brand and be able to share your thoughts on current / future trends
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
  • Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings
