Requirements

  • You have a university degree in Marketing/Business and/or Sciences, preferably with an MBA, and possess 12+ years of relevant experience in marketing on a local, regional, or global level in healthcare, including roles at Roche.
  • You bring more than 3 years of experience in leading and developing a marketing or product management function, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills, along with the ability to work effectively across an organization.
  • You have experience in leading, managing, coaching, and motivating staff with the ability to grow and develop. Additionally, you have established knowledge of the Roche Diagnostics organization and a strong personal network across different teams within the company.
  • You are experienced in launching several products, achieving commercial objectives, and creating promotional marketing strategies while owning execution. You also possess a deep understanding of various Customer Areas (Molecular Lab, Pathology Lab, Core Lab, Near Patient Care), and affiliate needs with customer focus.
  • You can lead interactions with senior internal stakeholders and regions/affiliates and can leverage your strong personal network across different teams.
