This is a well-established, well invested into consulting practice, with a great reputation for providing honest, innovative, sustainable and demonstrable transformation results on behalf of their Pharma, Life Sciences, Med Tech, Med devices clients The Roles These are classic Director level C-Suite consulting roles – blend of (remote, office and client location), where you will have the opportunity to help shape and take responsibility for some of the world’s most ambitious and complex supply chain transformation projects and programs across the Pharma, Bio Tech and Life Sciences sector. As a director within the group, you will act as a thought-partner to Senior level Supply Chain leaders within the Pharma, Life Sciences sector, building trust, advocacy and confidence and in doing so helping them to ideate and solve complex problems within their supply chain. The practice has deep expertise across the whole value chain and covers a broad remit though typical areas of project program work will include, Procurement Strategy: Improvement to operational or transactional procurement across the buying lifecycle : Supply Chain Strategy Operating Model design, segmentation strategy and inventory optimisation : Digital Supply Chain - next-generation supply chain technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, cognitive automation and AI, Internet-of-Things (IOT), Blockchain and Big Data analytics : Supply Chain Analytics Developing supply chain analytics to deliver enhanced end to end SC visibility (e.g. creating and connecting supply chain models to customer and pricing analytics). Manufacturing Efficiency : supporting clients through lean transformation, process excellence and optimisation. Furthermore as a Director you are considered mentors within the firm, acting as people-managers and career coaches across the team and across the Pharma, Bio Tech and Life Sciences sector.
