Requirements

  • Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK
  • Flexibility to travel to our main office at least three days a week
  • Graduated with a Bachelors or Masters within the last three years preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Finance, Transport Management, Procurement or a similar field
  • Have an always learning mindset – you crave new knowledge, constantly seeking to expand your skills and understanding of the ever-evolving supply chain
  • Demonstrate a willingness to engage with data and technology – you are skilled in analysing and interpreting data
  • Can showcase your business acumen – you understand key metrics and can negotiate and compromise at the right time
  • Are a confident communicator – you naturally forge genuine relationships that unlock trust and collaboration and able to clearly express your points
  • Problem-solving finesse – you can break down complex challenges into manageable tasks, devise creative solutions, and troubleshoot issues with a calm and focused approach

Responsibilities

  • Imagine this: one day you find yourself immersed in the intricacies of customer supply, ensuring seamless order processing and addressing customer needs, the next you're collaborating with international suppliers, and all the while, you're building expertise in everything from supply planning to manufacturing.
  • Through four 6-month rotations in planning, manufacturing and procurement, we will equip you with the knowledge and skills to excel in any corner of our vibrant supply chain. Whether your passion lies in the pulse of operations or the strategic arm of supply planning, PZC will nurture your talent and help you carve your own path to success.

Application Process

  • Application: We plan on closing the application window on Sunday 25th February 2024 @ 11.59pm GMT.
  • Online testing: Deadline for completing online tests will be Sunday 3rd March 2024 @ 11.59pm GMT.
  • We aim to complete remote video interviews (Teams/Pre-recorded) by 24th March 2024 @ 11.59pm GMT.
  • In-person assessment centre to be held week commencing 15th April 2024 in Manchester
  • Job offers to be issued by 26th April 2022, with unsuccessful candidates given feedback by 3rd May 2024
