Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Candidate Coordination
  • Ensure a seamless pre-offer recruitment experience by serving as the main logistics contact for candidates, hiring leaders, and recruiters.
  • Coordinate scheduling for multi-stage interviews—including video, phone, panel, and in-person sessions—across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve last-minute schedule changes or technology issues, escalating appropriately when needed.
  • Process & Workflow Management
  • Oversee the full requisition audit process, flagging and communicating any findings or required corrections to recruiters as needed.
  • Utilize recruitment technologies and systems (e.g., ATS, scheduling tools) to maintain timely and accurate workflow execution.
  • Ensure all pre-offer recruitment coordination activities meet established service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain exceptional data integrity across all systems and touchpoints throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
