Responsibilities

  • Comprendre les besoins internes et impulser une stratégie de recrutement efficiente pour les fonctions supports (candidatures, approche directe, mobilité interne etc)
  • Gérer des missions de recrutement stratégiques en toute autonomie (Approche directe de candidats, gestion complète du processus de recrutement et suivi post-intégration)
  • Déployer notre marque employeur sur les supports de communication et de recrutement internes et externes ; et participer à la gestion des relations écoles cibles en lien avec le Responsable Marque Employeur
  • Mettre en place des KPIs et un reporting recrutement régulier
  • Participer à différents projets liés à l’activité recrutement : optimisation du processus et des outils de recrutement, accompagnement de l’évolution du SI recrutement et formation des équipes, refonte du processus d’onboarding, etc
  • Mettre en place une veille continue des tendances du marché et participer à des événements cibles de recrutement
