Requirements

  • 5 plus years of full cycle recruitment experience (technical recruitment and leadership experience an asset)
  • The proven ability to design and implement recruitment strategies leveraging data insights
  • Excellent communication skills - you are a natural communicator and have the ability to work with all different types of people
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - you are passionate about building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent decision-making skills- you are excited about challenges and can think on your feet
  • Working knowledge of employment law and legislation

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruiting pipelines for retail positions
  • Build out a hiring program and training for the field
  • Lead piercing hiring program looking into new pipelines
  • Lead recruitment for senior level & confidential searches for retail
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand future plans and develop strategy to deliver on these plans
  • Leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements and amplify operational excellence to support team's growth
  • Develop candidate personas to ensure we are targeting the right candidates within the retail community
  • Coach hiring managers regarding talent pool, market, and salary for employment offers
  • Implement recruitment programs aimed at scaling the recruitment infrastructure at Mejuri
  • Mentor a team of recruiting professionals to deliver against business hiring needs while meeting quality expectations
  • Lead process design and ownership of ATS (Greenhouse) for retail
