Responsibilities

  • Administer Western Union’s learning management system (LMS) and adjunct learning systems, including publication, maintenance, and support of learning assets and events.
  • Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide support to employees during their learning process, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Manage learning resources, including budget, software licenses, and resource management for Global Talent and Learning.
  • Collaborate with external (i.e., Operations) and internal (i.e., HRBP) partners as needed.
  • Organize and manage logistics for leadership development programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
  • Support the implementation of talent management initiatives, such as performance management, talent review, and succession planning.
  • Maintain and update records related to learning programs, track participation, and generate reports on program effectiveness.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and employees, providing information and support regarding learning opportunities and career development.
  • Consult with stakeholders to create and refine specific audience profiles to automate curation and assignment of learning content for each audience.
  • Project manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
