Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Bespoke projects – self initiated and initiated by the business (manager participation, RTO etc.)
  • Attending & facilitation/coordination of the Peakon community (meetings and stakeholder discussions)
  • External engagement community
  • Work with comms around events during the year
  • Creation and circulation of Quarterly Peakon newsletter
  • Attendance at Townhall sessions promoting peakon and providing highlights/insights
  • Building out an external engagement community with other companies
  • Question review and general administration amendments within the Peakon system (Quarterly)
  • Maintain a list of all peakon system users, monitor & review access control alongside maintaining access control matrix
  • Regular meetings with key stakeholders on peakon innovations and forthcoming system
  • General in system maintenance
  • Maintaining the Sensitive comments process and supporting with any risk related whistleblowing disclosures, advising employees of the correct channels for reporting these
  • Coaching, training and Onboarding new local Pecks admins as they join the business
  • Account management of the relationship with Peakon at a global level
  • Working with HR Tech teams on new IT integrations supporting where needed
  • Maintain Peakon page on Flutter connect including creation of manager training kits and new manager videos and associated support documentation
  • Supporting with the Onboarding new brands in partnership with projects & change team
