GSL Education currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to fill day-to-day, short-term, and long-term positions within school hours. Responsibilities:-


 * Work with groups of children aged between 1 and 11 (Nursery, Early Years to Year 6) to support their learning.
 * Follow instructions and guidance provided by the class teacher.
 * Ensure children's safety both in and out of the classroom.
 * Supervise children during playtime and lunchtime.
 * Prepare classroom materials, including cutting, sticking, photocopying, and laminating.
 * Observe and provide feedback to the class teacher regarding children's learning.
 * Effectively manage off-task behaviours.
   
   

Requirements:-


 * Hold Teaching Assistant Level 1, 2, or 3 qualifications are desirable but not essential.
 * Be an excellent and inspirational class practitioner, with children's well-being at the forefront of all actions.
 * Have high expectations for pupils' achievement and behaviour.
 * Possess excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
 * Previous experience working with children or adults in a caring capacity.
 * Demonstrate transferrable skills such as teamwork, initiative, flexibility, adaptability, remaining calm under pressure, caring, and helpfulness.
 * Right to work in the UK.
 * Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Can apply for one through GSL Education)
