Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-quality support to senior stakeholders (up to MD level), ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business
  • Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, coordinating internal and external meetings and acting as a key point of contact
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for meetings, client engagements and events, including venues, catering and technology requirements
  • Arrange complex international travel, including itineraries, visas and on-the-ground logistics across global offices
  • Manage expenses and approvals in line with internal policies, supporting accurate and timely processing and reporting
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior leadership
  • Support onboarding, team initiatives and broader business operations, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing EA team
  • Maintain a strong focus on risk, compliance and confidentiality in all activities
