Requirements

Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch den Abschluss einer mindestens 4-jährigen Hochschulausbildung in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen erworben werden und Fachkenntnisse durch mehrjährige (mehr als zwei Jahre) spezifische Berufserfahrung. Diese Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten können auch auf einem anderen Weg erworben werden
Langjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Automotive oder Maschinenbau
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung fachübergreifender Teams
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
Sicherer und souveräner Auftritt gepaart mit einer sehr guten Konfliktfähigkeit
Schnelle kognitive Auffassungsgabe mit einem ausgeprägten unternehmerischen Mindset
Teamfähigkeit sowie eine organisierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities

Eigenverantwortliche, fachübergreifende Leitung des Line-Owner Teams in anspruchsvollen und komplexen Automatisierungsprojekten vom Auftragseingang über die Entwicklung und Realisierung bis hin zum Produktionsstart und darüber hinaus bis zum Erreichen gesteckten Produktions- und Qualitätsziele
Methodische Organisation und Koordination des Projekts in enger Abstimmung mit dem verantwortlichen Abteilungsleiter bzw. ext. Leadership Partner des jeweiligen Programms
Zentrales Bindeglied zwischen den lokalen und insbesondere globalen Programmverantwortlichen im Konzern sowie Aufbau eines damit verbundenen Netzwerks
Gesamtverantwortliche bereichsübergreifende Steuerung und Kontrolle der operativen Realisierung der Kosten- sowie termingerechten Projektmeilensteine
Eigenverantwortliche Sicherstellung des Kommunikation- sowie Informationsflusses zwischen dem Line-Owner Team und den betroffenen Konzernansprechpartnern
Eigenverantwortliche Sicherstellung eines hochprofessionellen und aussagekräftigen Projekt Reporting einschließlich Auswertung und Ergebnisanalyse sowie Definition der nächsten Schritte
