Requirements

Degree or integrated masters in Electrical Engineering or similar.
At least 5 years of proven experience in similar position.
Passionate about the energy development.
Willingness to travel in and out of the country.
Availability for short term site activities.
Fluent in English (required).
Experience on successfully managing and delivering electrical engineering projects for the energy sector.
Previous experience in managing Onshore and/or Offshore wind projects is preferable.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initial feasibility through to completion.
Lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Assign tasks, supervise progress, and provide technical guidance.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Identify risks and opportunities, define strategies and management thereof.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, bid, construction, commissioning and quality health and safety to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and Siemens Energy guidelines.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and follow industry regulations.
Monitor project progress and make vital adjustments to meet project deadlines.
Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders.
Have a deep technical understanding of the project scope and follow-up with the engineering team and partners.
Provide technical expertise and oversight in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
