Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initial feasibility through to completion.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Assign tasks, supervise progress, and provide technical guidance.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, define strategies and management thereof.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, bid, construction, commissioning and quality health and safety to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and Siemens Energy guidelines.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and follow industry regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and make vital adjustments to meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Have a deep technical understanding of the project scope and follow-up with the engineering team and partners.
  • Provide technical expertise and oversight in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
