Requirements

  • An expected minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
  • Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract (September 2024 – August 2026).

  • We’ll encourage you to join and engage with our Employee Resource Groups. These are self-formed groups of employee volunteers who come together because they are interested in a particular topic, usually related to diversity and inclusion. These groups such as the Pride Network, Womens Network, Roots Network and the Ability Network are fully supported by AIB. They create a social outlet, provide support, raise awareness, lobby for change and drive improvements on employment practices.
