  • You’re able to energise and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated success
  • You lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team
  • You’re able to resolve customer issues with your eyes closed and can put a creative spin on problem solving
  • You’re an excellent communicator who can help support the Store Manager in taking team members through change.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the induction of your new team members
  • Coach the store’s team to meet (and exceed) store targets
  • Help support your team with customer query escalations
  • Be the Store Manager’s right-hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when needed
  • Executing business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer key metrics
  • Act as team cheer leader – leading from the front and helping to motivate the team, and foster an awesome store culture
  • Organise the store floor and team’s work schedules, to meet customer demand
