Responsibilities

  • Overall support of Client department for everyday business and administrative needs
  • Planning, logistics, execution and budgeting of VIP client treatments and ad hoc group activities
  • Maintain detailed organizational documents such as product orders and timelines, client lists, schedules and itineraries
  • Liaise with boutique teams across North America to organize pre planning for fashion shows
  • Manage logistics including sending and receiving assets for ad hoc projects
  • Participate in brainstorming meetings for client events
  • Assist during the planning and execution of both client-specific events
  • Communicate weekly with our Paris office to coordinate for ad hoc projects and gifting
  • Generate event-recap reports
  • Assist Manager with accounts payable needs related to invoicing and vendor payments
