Responsibilities

  • Daily Management of order processing
  • On Time Performance to Customers and transport quality tracking and monitoring
  • Supports Central in execution related incidents
  • Logistics Support for CHEP & External Managed Service Customers
  • Dedicated fleets management. Route Management
  • Contact with local customers and third party provider (Service Centres, D locations, PT Call Centre) to deliver CHEP orders
  • Local level customer collaboration execution
  • Short term quick decisions to resolve day to day operational issues (e.g. urgent delivery to be arranged, transport failure to be resolved…)
  • On time arrival day and hour for all type of deliveries and collections, relocations, managed exchange and managed recovery orders
  • Volume of customer Service Complaints and resolution delay
