The main function of a Temporary Staffing Assistant is to support the Temporary Staffing Service by acting as a main point of contact for bank and agency staff, advertising and filling vacant shifts, processing bookings, maintaining records of staff availability, managing queries, and assisting with agency invoices and recruitment.
What qualifications are required for this role?
The essential qualifications include a good general education (5 GCSEs at C or above) or equivalent and an ECDL or Microsoft Office Specialist qualification, or equivalent.

What are the working hours for this position?
The service runs 7 days a week, and hours will include weekends and bank holidays, with staggered start and finish times. Late shifts and weekends will most likely be remote working from 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday and 8 am to 4 pm at weekends and bank holidays.
