Responsibilities

  • Supervise the timely and accurate execution of the third parties Group processes in accordance with the applicable regulation, the TPP Group Policy, and the associated procedures and systems.
  • Maintain and ensure correct documentation and auditable evidence of all third-party process steps.
  • Ensure that documentation matches the applicable policies, regulations, and processes.
  • Maintain and update the ICT Vendors Registers in accordance with applicable DORA regulation for the competent authorities.
  • Act as the primary contact for all matters relating to the execution of the Third Party process with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare all relevant third-party assessment reports for internal and external reporting.
  • Collaborate with other Euronext functions to understand and document requirements, fostering continuous process improvement.
