Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • A good knowledge of Capital Markets and regulatory topics is required, and experience of operational and conduct risk is advantageous. Excellent communication and English language skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

  • To coordinate Risk controls and frameworks for Capital Markets
  • To participate in the First line of defence control framework
  • To participate in reporting information to senior colleagues, governance committees, auditors and regulators
  • Assist in the Permanent Supervision framework for Capital Markets
  • Assist in answering requests from regulators and senior management on non-financial risks
  • Work on specific projects linked to the 1st line of defence
