  • Traveling to sites across the Midlands and North.
  • Work towards becoming skilled at generating viewing and cross selling opportunities and hitting targets

Responsibilities

  • Ability and confidence to spend a good proportion of your working day driving, sometimes long distances.
  • Booking and carrying out property viewings, void inspections and buyer move ins.
  • Assist preparation of weekly reporting and attending client virtual (physical) meetings
  • Regular call outs to the active sales database
  • Delivering exceptional service to our clients
  • Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
  • Handling and agreeing offers and reservations
  • Representing the company in a professional manner
  • Building strong relationships with buyers, Housing Associations and registered providers.
  • Having a ‘go getting’ and ‘can do’ attitude
