  • Help develop user-facing risk monitoring processes, perform account reviews, and manage account activity escalations
  • Work with Engineering teams to build better account review and moderation tools
  • Help investigate, draft, and implement fraud & abuse policy & operations with Legal and Security
  • Respond to high priority customer and internal escalations related to account access, user behavior, and compliance screenings
  • Manage to key performance metrics defined within Platform Security
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge libraries and contribute to the creation of user-facing content
  • Provide materials and training to our BPO partners and maintain outsourcing resources through regular audits & updates
  • Participate in a semi-quarterly on-call rotation to provide support during high-priority incidents
