Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with management and supervisors to ensure wheels are picked up and dropped off to meet SLAs.
  • Drive to and from sites within an approximate 50-mile radius.
  • Communicate with the staff at sites in a professional manner.
  • Remove alloys and take to the Bodyshop/SMART Repair departments for repair. Then, refit the wheels when back at the site using our buddy system.
  • Remove and refit tyres using the tyre changer and balancer.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure all the above is carried out effectively.
