Responsibilities

  • Manage existing key accounts - wholesalers - and installer sales in the UK
  • Execute expansion sales strategy in region
  • Leading, motivating and expanding the sales team, currently around 25 people
  • Undertake business development tasks for the region
  • Be a brand advocate, ensuring exceptional knowledge of the full product portfolio
  • Attend all initial commercial and product queries
  • Manage sales pipeline and achieve or surpass sales goals set
  • Actively acquire new customers specifically with solar and electrical installers
  • Maintain relationships with installers and distributors across the UK
  • Organise and conduct sales and product training to partners and clients
  • Consolidate brand presence in region
  • Assist in the growth of the headcount
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions and external marketing
