  • Respond to and resolve inquiries related to Commission, Compensation, Quota, and Earnings through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist Sales Associates in understanding commission calculations, adjustments, and payments.
  • Utilize our ticketing inquiry system to manage and address a high volume of compensation-related questions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to resolve inquiries, identify anomalies, and propose solutions.
  • Process adjustment requests according to established documentation and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with financial, sales, and operational departments to ensure accurate communication and coordination.
  • Support system enhancements and process improvements by participating in testing and providing feedback.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by leadership and business partners.
