Responsibilities

  • Support the Consumer Products and Processing operations on the execution of key strategic priorities pertaining to Consumer Products (Debit, Credit and Prepaid), ESG Solutions, Processing and Programs
  • Monitor the progress being made on each priority, including through the establishment, and tracking of critical KPI’s for Consumer Solutions and Processing
  • Effectively implement digital and product strategy into core business operations such as planning and budgeting
  • Liaise with the Finance team to manage all budgeting and forecasting responsibilities for Consumer Products and Processing
  • Manage the business insights function to synthesize external customer/consumer insights and market trends
  • The role includes managing a small team
