  • Contribute to the CNPF’s overall strategy through thought leadership and creativity.
  • Build strong, cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders across MA (e.g., Core Payments, Services, regional leadership and other function groups etc.) to drive execution.
  • Identify, structure, and prioritize cross-functional initiatives (e.g., secular shift opportunities, market-level execution plans, key product priorities, etc.) to generate actionable recommendations.
  • Apply strategic and analytical rigor to product and regional strategies, acting as a thought partner.
  • Maintain knowledge of the commercial and money movement landscape and market trends to develop innovative solutions and product strategies.
  • Share learnings and insights with Divisional Presidents, Country Managers, and other key stakeholders, where relevant.
  • Management of cross functional teams to drive outputs and deliverables.
