  • Additionally, you act as a role model, proactively advancing digital transformation and workforce evolution with a focus on diversity and skill development.
  • You will ensure adherence to the Corporate Regulatory Framework in all associated countries and serve as the primary escalation point for governance issues.
  • Furthermore, you will contribute to broader company programs and strategic initiatives.
  • You will oversee key performance indicators, including PVO, CoO/FTE, and other metrics, consistently delivering on targets.
  • Finally, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Management on all procurement-related matters.
