Responsibilities

  • Execute viral strategies for priority artists, managing the day-to-day rollout of content designed to increase reach and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate creator campaigns, including ideating, casting, briefing and approving creator content.
  • Coordinate burner account tactics, including ideating, producing and posting content across our own accounts.
  • Liaise with artists, managers, and creator partners, serving as a reliable point of contact to ensure creative alignment and project momentum.
  • Monitor platform trends and use data tools to identify early traction, quickly adapting content to capitalise on emerging opportunities.
  • Implement creative tactics across new platforms and formats, testing innovative ideas to keep artist content relevant and engaging.
  • Compile performance reports and track KPIs, providing the necessary data to help Senior leadership refine label-wide strategies.
  • Support the development of junior team members by sharing best practices and assisting with onboarding new marketing tools.
